This Privacy Policy describes what information the Live Webcam iOS app ("the App") collects, why it's collected, and how it's used. Live Webcam lets you browse and view public, third-party webcams from around the world.
The App collects the following, tied to a per-device identifier (not your name, email, or account — the App has no accounts or sign-in):

| Approximate (coarse) location | Only used, with your permission, to sort and show webcams "Near" your current location. Your location is sent to our webcam data provider (Windy.com) as part of that lookup and is not stored linked to your device identifier. |
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, or any other personally-identifying information, and the App does not use any of this data for advertising, ad targeting, or cross-app/cross-site tracking.

Device diagnostic data is retained only as long as needed to support the App's functionality and is not sold or shared for any purpose beyond what's described above. You can request deletion of data associated with your device at any time using the contact information below.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
